Twitter (Personal)
I am active on Twitter through a personal account that also, once a year, helps out with the social media presence of my denomination's annual conference, reporting on events at our annual gathering.
I really like the way this photo came out. I typically just post personal church photos on the church Facebook page I run, but this one came out very nice and #AshWednesday was a trending tag.
One of my more exciting moments on Twitter from 2017. I attended a panel for TNT's show "The Librarians," took this photo of Dean Devlin, Christian Kane, and John Harlan Kim which was retweeted and "liked" several times.
On my birthday in 2018, I learned that two of my favorite Dancing With The Stars pros, Sasha Farber and Emma Slater, were returning to the competition.
As a result of the retweet, I received a Happy Birthday and much love from Sasha Farber himself.
Due to the changing nature of my church and our merger process. I made the difficult decision to update my name on Twitter. I had the same name (JennUMCofWapp) since I joined in May of 2010. I spent time considering what mattered to me and what identified me as a person and a social media identity. I chose to keep my name (Jenn) and relate it to my college education and place of employment for the past 20+ years, becoming JennRedFox4Life.
On Twitter, I share various random thoughts, comments to companies and individuals, blog posts (when I make them), memories from an app on my phone called Timehop, and photos for personal, professional, or church-related events.
